Assessment and counseling
We provide professional, short-term solution-focused counseling. We also provide assessment and referrals to people in the community. Our services are confidential and free of charge.
Are you worried about someone? We can provide information and education about mental health issues and what you can do to help.
Outreach and education
Educational groups are available throughout the year on topics such as mindfulness, test anxiety, healthy relationships, time and stress management and conflict resolution.
